Hey All! Happy New year..even if I am a little late!
I have been
sooo slack at blogging!!!
I stopped the intense dieting at the end of
November after achieving my goal weight of 92kg..yep thats right I got there!...and then I decided to go off the radar and enjoy the silly season!..which I totally did, camping, beers, summer tan, lots of beach swimming, beers, croquet, walks, concerts, beers, food, more beers...a general re-claim of life with my new found energy! but in doing so I put on a fair bit of weight..about 6
kgs!!
I didn't plan on being so relaxed but had a summer romance with someone 7 years my junior and I got a bit party party (ahem).. summers over now and am back in the real world.. the mission..
Have started the
Optifast mission again and am back down to 96kg.. am a couple of days in and going good!
I will post some photos of the summer soon and will start posting more frequently again.
Cool news - My doctor has begun the
referral process for plastics...a full abdominaplasty rebuild, trying to suss out funding because its a solid $20k.. will keep you posted... hopefully hear from the plastics unit soon for a consult. Will keep you posted!
