Woohoo - 40KG DOWN

This post is not a big long novel just a quick lil loudy... I just wanted to drop in and share my celebratory mood with you! I have lost over 40kg now!! :-)

Weighing in at 123kg.

Have been loving the home gym setup and have busted out a 4km jog followed up by a 10km cycle everyday so far.. its mint to be out of the crappy weather!

p.s - Tomatoes, onion, marinated kalamata olives basil leaves and ground pepppr choped up served on steamed zucchini is the goods.

  2. Another great vege recipe I invented the other day is finely cubed courgette, onion and garlic tossed in a herb mixture of ginger, cinnamon, ground black pepper and chopped parsley baked at 180°C for 40 minutes, mixed around 2x during cooking. Good luck for the next part of your journey.
